A joint collaboration between Flytrap Brewing and chef Keith Rhodes will take place July 29 at Flytrap, when Rhodes offers a four-course dinner featuring noodle bowls, summer rolls and pork spring rolls among other dishes. The courses will be paired with three signature Flytrap beers.

The pop-up dinner comes in anticipation of Rhodes' re-opening of Phun Seafood Bar, after a closure of several months for renovations. Co-owner Angela Rhodes said work on the Princess Street restaurant is nearing completion and final inspections should take place in the next few weeks.

“As soon as we get closer to an opening date we will have more information on the re-launch,” said Rhodes, who also owns and operates Catch Restaurant with husband Keith.

In the meantime, grab your tickets now for the Momo-Phun pop-up dinner because only 40 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $40 each and are available online.
