Wilmington-based custom homebuilder PBC Design + Build has expanded its leadership team and has a new office.

Two of its longtime team members, Daniel Spann and John Jarvis, are now partners in the company, according to a news release.

Current owners Kyle and Sonya Henry stated in the release that Spann and Jarvis have been "instrumental in the company’s continued growth and success."

Established in 1997, PBC Design + Build moved in June last year from 3902 Market St. to 1908 Eastwood Road, Suite 320.

Spann joined PBC Design + Build in 2010 and has served as project manager and construction manager. Over the years, Spann "has become an invaluable asset, known for his extensive construction knowledge, steady leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients," the release stated.

Jarvis joined the company in 2016 and has contributed in both sales and management roles, most recently serving as sales manager. His leadership abilities and strategic vision "have played a key role as the company continues to scale," according to the release.

The Henrys stated in the release of Spann and Jarvis, "Bringing them into ownership is a natural next step and reflects our confidence in their leadership and dedication to our clients and team.”
