Wilmington-based Firm Earns Top Coldwell Banker Rankings

By Staff Reports, posted Feb 28, 2023

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, along with the Coldwell Banker Advantage family of companies, was recently named the No. 1 affiliate in North America for both total closed units and adjusted gross commission income by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, according to a news release.

This is the second consecutive year that the firm has earned the No. 1 national ranking with over 20,600 transactions and $6.9 billion in closed sales volume in 2022, the release stated.

“We are very proud of this achievement because it indicates the level of trust and confidence that our clients have in us,” said Tim Milam, CEO of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. “Our agents, management and staff are committed to providing the highest level of service and the customer experience is our top priority. We strive to provide exclusive resources, proprietary tools, and exceptional marketing to ensure success for the buyers and sellers we represent.”

In addition to the company’s awards, four top-performing teams were named to the 2022 Top Ten Teams in North America in total units by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. Raynor, LaCorte & Associates (pictured above) was named the No. 1 Team in North America and the Wilmington-based Jennie Stevens Team (Jennie Stevens pictured at right) ranked No. 6 in total closed units among all small teams. In the large teams category, Terri Alphin Smith & Co. ranked No. 9 and the Castro Real Estate Team ranked No. 10 in North America in total closed units, according to the release.

“We are so excited to recognize and congratulate these teams,” said Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. “Their hard work and dedication are second to none and they are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. These teams are consistent top producers but to receive this national ranking in the Coldwell Banker system is truly a monumental achievement.”

The firm has experienced continued growth in recent years, partially due to its emphasis on creating a network of strategically placed offices that are staffed with experienced agents and managers with a vast degree of expertise in their respective markets. In addition to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, which has 25 offices throughout Southeastern North Carolina and 6 offices in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area, the Coldwell Banker Advantage family of companies also includes Coldwell Banker Advantage in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and the Triad.
