Ivester Jackson Coastal Properties, a Wrightsville Beach-based affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, recently announced an initiative aimed at providing concierge corporate relocation services for Wilmington’s business community.

The company has tapped local corporate relocation specialist and former Keller Williams director of luxury, Lois Potratz, for the position of corporate relocation director, according to a news release.

Potratz will work with the Ivester Jackson | Christie's team of real estate specialists "to offer white-glove transition services to companies in the healthcare, financial, hospitality and technology sectors who are increasingly seeing demand for corporate relocation services to the Carolina Coast," the release stated.

Ryan Faro, managing broker in charge of Ivester Jackson Coastal | Christie's, said elevating the relocation experience taps into an ongoing trend.

"The recent influx in remote work, along with a shifting job market, has granted folks the ability to reimagine what their workplace looks like and where they call home," Faro said in the release. Ivester Jackson, a rapidly growing residential and investment property brokerage, opened it’s Wilmington office last summer. Its "exponential growth," the release stated, has been fueled by its network of offices across the state as well as its global affiliation with Christie’s.

According to the release, Ivester Jackson, North Carolina’s exclusive representative for Christie’s International Real Estate, operates real estate brokerages offices across the state, including Asheville, Highlands, Charlotte, Lake Norman and Wilmington.
