Beatty Partners With Pittman, Bringing Change For Intracoastal Realty Team Name

By Staff Reports, posted Jun 17, 2022
Residential real estate agents Keith Beatty and Drew Pittman of Intracoastal Realty have announced a partnership and creation of the Beatty Pittman Team.

Beatty (pictured below) started the team, one of the top producers in the Wilmington-area market, in 1999 and Pittman joined in 2003. The Beatty Pittman Team is comprised of 30 real estate brokers who have sold over 8,000 properties since 1993 and recorded $1.9 billion in sales volume, according to a news release.

“After 19 years of working together, I am pleased and honored to partner with Drew Pittman to further enhance the culture and success of our team,” Beatty said in the release. “Our partnership represents the time, effort and commitment that we put into satisfying our clients’ needs and the amount of work it takes to remain the area’s top-producing real estate groups.”

With the announcement of the partnership, the team has worked to develop a new Beatty Pittman Team logo and brand, to enhance its Lumina Station office and to launch a new, interactive website, BeattyPittman.com

Pittman said in the release, “Visitors to our site will be able to search listings, browse personal bios for each agent and hone-in-on Wilmington areas of focus. Video and blogs will keep customers up to date on real estate news and area highlights.”

Pittman (pictured at right) is a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Major in Business management and marketing.

Beatty, who has lived in Wilmington since 1983, was raised in Hawaii, Florida and Charlotte. He graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in education.
