A residential management firm has relocated its area office from Wilmington to Southport.

In a news release this week, CAS Inc., a community and homeowners’ association management services firm, announced the recent move from 1213 Culbreth Drive in Wilmington to 4002 Executive Park Blvd. in Southport. The new office opened July 1, the release stated.

“We are thrilled to announce this relocation and are looking forward to all the advantages it offers us,” John Stone, president of CAS Inc., said in the release. “This relocation is going to provide us with greater access to multiple communities, and it reinforces our commitment to providing the best management service possible.”

Currently, CAS’ area office provides community association management services to HOA and condo associations in Brunswick, New Hanover, Onslow and Craven counties.

Established in 1976, CAS serves HOAs and condo associations through a network of offices in eastern and central portions of North Carolina. In addition to the Southport office, its locations are in Pinehurst, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Kernersville and Apex, according to its website.
