New Homes Available In Carolina Beach

By Samantha Santana, posted Jul 1, 2014
Richard Wallace Builder, a local residential home building company, has announced the grand opening of a Carolina Beach townhome community.

Bimini Townes borders the Intracoastal Waterway and Spencer Farlow Drive. It offers three floor plans: The Hemingway, The Bahama and the Cay, according to the company’s press release. Home prices begin at $315,000.

According to the press release, Bimini Townes consists of 14 townhomes, ranging from 1,987 square feet to 2,167 square feet. The homes include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a loft area and an outdoor patio. The community will also include a pool and access to nearby marinas.

“Planned communities are rare in Carolina Beach, so I’m excited that we are able to provide quality constructed homes for people who prefer a coastal lifestyle,” said developer and builder Richard Wallace in the release.

Richard Wallace Builder’s portfolio also includes the Island Palm and Seagrove communities at Carolina Beach.

The development company’s projects have been represented by the Linquist and Keenan Team of Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage since 2009, said a representative of the Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage.
