Colonial Marketing Group Moves To Oleander Drive

By Cece Nunn, posted Jun 26, 2015
A marketing firm founded in Wilmington in 2002 has outgrown its 16th Street offices, the company's founder said this week.

Employees of Colonial Marketing Group were moving Friday from about 2,000 square feet at 813 S. 16th St. to the company's new leased location, Suite E at 3901 Oleander Drive, which will be open at 9 a.m. Monday, company officials said.

The new office space is 2,700 square feet with two conference rooms and 11 offices, which gives the seven-employee firm enough room to add four more jobs, according to an email from Rod Flinchum, owner and founder of Colonial Marketing Group.

"With access to fiber and growth in the digital advertisting arena, we will be looking to expand our business in the digital advertising field, offering targeted display and PPC/search options," Flinchum said in the email. PPC stands for pay-per-click.

Charlie Rivenbark, a broker with Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., represented the landlord in the lease, the amount of which was not disclosed. Current tenants in the same building include an optometrist.
