Real Estate Law Firm's Wilmington Office To Relocate

By Cece Nunn, posted Oct 29, 2014
The Wilmington office of a law firm founded in Charlotte is moving to a bigger space this week.

As of Nov. 3, the local Costner Law Office will be located in Suite 26 at 1442 Military Cutoff Road, in the same building that houses a Medac Health urgent care center. Costner Law focuses on residential real estate, and Military Cutoff and Eastwood roads are home to some of the biggest real estate firms in the region.

"We wanted to be more accessible and centrally located to serve our client base," said Josh Wilkerson, one of two attorneys in Costner's Wilmington office. The other attorney is Kipp Hutchins.

At about 2,000 square feet, the new office is twice as big as the old one at 219 Racine Drive, Suite A5, Wilkerson said.

He said an open house will be held at the new office from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12.

Costner Law Office first opened in Charlotte in 2009 and has grown to include offices in South Carolina and Georgia as well as throughout North Carolina. The firm has been named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the Charlotte area by the Charlotte Business Journal.
