Real Estate Firm To Relocate On Randall Parkway

A real estate and property management company plans to move to a different location on Randall Parkway in Wilmington, according to a news release.

Family-owned business Property Plus Carolina, currently located at 5032 Randall Parkway, leased about 2,100 square feet at 4918 Randall Parkway, the release from Harley & Associates Commercial Real Estate Inc. said.

Glenn Imboden of Harley & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction, which took place Aug. 27.

Also on Friday, Harley & Associates announced two more recent transactions, which involved the firm’s brokers, in Wilmington and Southport.

Atlantic Coast Laundry now occupies 1,800 square feet at 419 S. College Road, Suite 30, Wilmington, while a beauty salon leased Suites E and F at 4128 Vanessa Drive in Southport.

Broker Phil Kraus of Harley & Associates represented the landlord in the salon transaction, and Imboden represented the landlord in the Atlantic Coast Laundry lease.
