A Hampstead-based women’s apparel and giftware wholesaler will soon occupy more than 100,000 square feet of distribution space in one of Wilmington’s largest industrial parks.
 
Don Harley, principal broker of Wilmington-based Harley & Associates, announced in a news release Wednesday that his firm leased 106,500 square feet of warehouse space to Noelle LLC in the Landmark Industrial Park at 421 Landmark Drive, Unit C. 
 
Harley was the sole broker to complete the transaction on Jan. 1 for an undisclosed amount.
 
No timeline to fully occupy the firm’s new distribution space was released.
 
Jeff Stokley, Noelle operations manager, could not be reached for comment Wednesday afternoon.
 
Founded in 2005, Noelle LLC has grown into a leading wholesaler of women apparels and gifts, according to its website. In 2011, Noelle was recognized by Giftbeat Magazine as the No. 1 Company to Watch in 2012. The following year, the same publication recognized the firm as the No. 1 Line for Apparel, the website stated.
