Real Estate Group Joins Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

By Cece Nunn, posted Jan 23, 2020
A Wilmington residential real estate team has partnered with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, according to a recent announcement.

Led by Matt and Kristin Freeman (pictured below), a husband and wife team with more than 30 years of combined sales and marketing experience, the Thirty4 North Properties Group is joining the company and will work out of the Wilmington office.

“Matt and Kristin are well known in the Wilmington area for their commitment to ethical business practices and talent for delivering optimal results for their buyers and sellers,” said Alex Paen, managing broker of the Wilmington-Autumn Hall office for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in a news release.

“Their ability to blend traditional marketing strategies with proven new ideas has given them an impeccable reputation, and we are very proud to have them here.”

The Freemans have achieved a lifetime sales volume in excess of $500 million, the release stated.

“Our decision to join Coldwell Banker was based on the fact that they offer the best opportunity to grow our business and achieve the next level of success for our real estate company,” Matt Freeman stated in the release.

Their business is mostly based on referrals and repeat transactions, according to the release, and the Freemans have focused on building a team that shares their values.

“There’s no higher honor than earning a referral,” Matt Freeman stated in the release, “so we go the extra mile for our clients, analyzing every situation from their perspective and doing everything we can to deliver a positive, hassle-free transaction experience.”
