Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage announced that Ted Hardeen, Carolyn Thomason, Tom Spencer, Brian Moxey and David Benford have been named to the company’s newly-created vice president positions.
Hardeen was promoted to senior vice president of marketing and new home communities.
He has been with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since 1993. As senior vice president of marketing, he will direct the company’s marketing strategies and lead the new home sales division.
Thomason was promoted to vice president of public relations and has been with the company since 1987. She will be responsible for managing the company’s public image, directing special projects within the company and leading the company’s engagement with community and charitable organizations.
Thomason will also continue managing the company’s title company, Beacon Title, concierge program and new agent orientation.
Spencer was promoted to vice president and serves as general manager. He has been with the company since 2001 and is responsible for developing long range and annual administration planning, directing human resources, fiscal planning and overseeing various other operations.
Moxey was promoted to vice president of business development and has been a part of the company’s team since 2009. Aside from his duties as vice president, he also serves as broker-in-charge for the company’s Hampstead office. Moxey’s responsibilities include developing the company’s strategy for recruiting and retaining the best real estate agents and staff in the area.
Benford joined the group as its vice president of operations and brings 20 years of real estate experience to the company. His responsibilities include shaping the company’s sales, marketing and budgeting strategies.
