Real Estate Achievements: Intracoastal, Network, Century 21 Sweyer & Associates

Intracoastal Realty Corporation recently recognized its top performers for the month of April. Vance Young earned Closed Volume Team of the Month with $4.7 million in sales; he also earned Listing Team of the Month with $5.4 million in new listings.

April McDavid was named Closed Volume Agent of the Month with $2.2 million in sales. Eva Elmore won recognition as Listing Agent of the Month with $4.1 million in new listings.

Keith Beaty earned Under Contract Volume Team of the Month for Intracoastal Realty with $3.7 million in contracts, while Lee Crouch earned Under Contract Volume Agent of the Month with $3.6 million in contracts.

Members of the Multi-Million Dollar club for Intracoastal Realty, qualifying with at least $3 million in closed volume for 2012, include: Angie Pool, Debbie Mitchell, Keith Beatty, Mark Bodford, Bobby Brandon, Vance Young, Susan Keck, Robi Bennett, April McDavid, John Hamilton, Eva Elmore and Paula Ferebee.

Network Real Estate announced its Agents of the Month for April, recognizing Renae Perrett from the Carolina Beach office as the Listing and Sales Agent of the Month. Kevin McKoy was named Top Producer for the Carolina Beach location.

The firm’s College Road office recognized Linda Coite as the Listing and Sales Agent of the Month, and Connie Krol as the office’s Top Producer.

The Water Street office of Network Real Estate named Laura Heitz the Listing Agent of the Month for April, and Steve Fox the Sales Agent of the Month.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates welcomed Gail Mason to the firm as a sales associate in its Landfall office. Mason has been working in real estate since 1996.
