The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently handed out the MAX! Awards (Marketing Achievement Excellence) to recognize the best in media, marketing and advertising tools promoting new home sales in 2008.
Hilllary Meinheit of Plantation Building Corp. won for Builder Print Advertising, Direct Marketing Piece,     New Home Community Logo Design and Sales Model / Sales Center Merchandising-Attached Home less than 1,500 square feet.
Brookside Homes LLC’s Page Robertson brought home awards for New Home Community Print Advertising and Sales Model/Sales Center Merchandising-Attached Home less than 2,200 square feet.
Jennie Steele of Stevens Fine Homes won for Advertising Campaign / Promotion and Outdoor Advertising.
Jimmy Hopkins of Intracoastal Realty won for New Homes Sales Model/Sales Center Merchandising-Detached Home greater than 2,200 square feet and Salesperson of the Year.
Andrea West of Intracoastal Realty New Homes won for Realtor Promotion of the Year and New Home Community Features/Best Community Recreation Complex.
Kasey Valente of Intracoastal Realty won for New HomesRookie Salesperson of the Year and Special Projects.
