Chiropractor Relocates Practice Within Medical District

By J. Elias O'Neal, posted Jan 30, 2014
A Wilmington-based chiropractor has relocated his practice within the medical district near New Hanover Regional Medical Center, according to a broker involved in the transaction.

Bryan Greene, managing principal of Wilmington-based Turnstone Partners Commercial Real Estate, said Thursday that Wilmington-based Joe Alaimo Chiropractic has signed a five-year lease to occupy new office space at 1202 S. 16th St.

Officials signed the lease in early December, Greene said.

The practice was formerly located at 1098 Medical Center Drive.

Greene represented Joe Alaimo Chiropractic during the transaction for an undisclosed amount. Mike Nadeau, a broker with Wilmington-based Creative Commercial Properties Real Estate, represented the landlord.

Joe Alaimo Chiropractic specializes in the treatment and management of chronic neurological and metabolic conditions, according to the firm’s website.
