Real Estate People On The Move For April 22

Regina Drury of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, recently was named the No. 2 agent out of 140 agents in North and South Carolina in the Century 21 system. Drury began working with Century 21 Sweyer in 2005 and has continued to succeed despite the market. She was the top sales and top producing agent for the entire company in 2010. During the past three years, Drury’s listings took an average of 75 days to sell, whereas the average for other agents was about 160 days.

Brooke Rudd, of Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., has been awarded the Champion Associate Trophy for the last quarter of 2010. Rudd is a Seller Representative Specialist. She also serves on the Brunswick County Association of Realtors Legislative Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. The Champion Associate Award is presented to the Sales Associate who has the highest production for the quarter.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty recently announced the company’s top producers from March. In the Wilmington Office, the top listing agent was David Cummings, the top selling agent was Jennifer Farmer and the top listing and selling team was Jack Gale. In the Leland office, the top listing and selling agent was Karen Schwartz. In the Carolina Beach Office, the top listing agent was Tammy Ebersole, the top selling agent was Alison Keller and the top listing and selling team was Shawndy Conway & Jessica Keenan. In the Hampstead Office, the top listing and selling agent was Nora Ruehle. In the Brunswick office, the top listing and selling agent was Hank Troscianiec, the top listing team was Emily Willetts and the top selling team was Dennis & Penny Krueger. In the South Brunswick office, the top listing agent was Jimmie Pendergrass, the top selling agent was Evelyn Madison and the top listing and selling team was Monroe & Amanda Enzor. In the Onslow/Pender offices, the top listing agent was Jenna Morton, the top selling agent was Sheila Cuadros and the top listing and selling team was Roger Mitchell. The top new homes sales associate was Kelly Sloop. Overall top producers were Jack Gale, Roger Mitchell, Jennifer Farmer, Beth Fortunato, Scott Gregory, Dennis and Penny Krueger, Hank Troscianiec, Nora Ruehle, Travis Best and Jessica Edwards.
 

Intracoastal Realty Corp. recently announced their top performers for the month of March.  Closed Volume: Bobby Brandon won Closed Volume Team of the Month with $2.9 million in sales, and Mark Bodford won Closed Volume Agent of the Month with $4.3 million in sales.  Other members of the Closed Volume Producers’ Club include Angie Pool, Debbie Mitchell, Joyce Barnwell, Jimmy Hopkins, Alicia Devereaux, April McDavid, Lynn McGary, Tonya Blalock, Sandra McNeil, Eva Elmore, Bob McCorkle, Paula Ferebee, Ashley Garner, John Hamilton, Joe Fox, Susan Lacy, Keith Beatty, Cindy Southerland, Dave Hilliard, Kasey Valente, Jeff Terry, Kraig Marquis.
