ProSource Wholesale, a wholesale home improvement franchise, has expanded to Wilmington with the opening of its new showroom at 4274 U.S. 421 North, Suite 130. 

Brothers Jeffrey, Curt and Rusty Williams co-own the ProSource of Wilmington showroom, according to a press release. The facility is intended to serve builders, contractors, designers and other home improvement professionals. 

According to the release, the expansion is strategic and identifies the Wilmington market as one of the country's strongest real estate markets, with continued regional growth and strong housing demand. 

"Wilmington is a community that is continuing to grow, and we saw an opportunity to build a business that could grow right alongside it," said Jeffrey Williams, who oversees day-to-day operations at ProSource of Wilmington, in the release. "My brothers and I all took different entrepreneurial paths, but we share the same roots and a strong connection to the building industry. Coming together as a family to open ProSource is something we're incredibly proud of."

The three Williams brothers are originally from Duplin County, the release said, and Jeffrey Williams has 35 years of experience in the building and contracting sectors. 

ProSource of Wilmington officially opened in July and will hold an open house and grand opening on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m.

According to property records, Durham-based CPAM Maritime North LLC owns the building ProSource of Wilmington is in and purchased it, along with adjacent parcels along U.S. 421, for $12.4 million in June 2025. 

Founded in 1991, Missouri-based ProSource Wholesale is a subsidiary of CCA Global Partners and has 149 locations across North America. The company operates a members-only wholesale showroom model and serves trade professionals and their clients. According to its website, ProSource showrooms are independently owned and operated.
