City Wide Facility Solutions Opens Office In Wilmington

By Christina Haley O'Neal, posted Feb 15, 2021
City Wide Facility Solutions, a management company in the building maintenance industry, has established a location in Wilmington, according to a news release.

The location at 100 B Old Eastwood Road, Suite 31, in Wilmington is the overall company's fourth location in North Carolina, and serves its coastal region, including Wilmington, New Bern, Kinston, Lumberton and Jacksonville.

The expansion to Wilmington will allow the business to better serve the state, officials said in the release.

City Wide Facility Solutions partners with smaller, independent and locally-owned companies to execute services, stated the release. For franchise co-owners Jamie Brooks and Laurie Brooks, the Wilmington location is their third in the state. They also have offices in Durham and Greensboro.

Another owner has an office in Charlotte, officials said. City Wide corporate has locations nationwide.

The co-owners have experienced significant growth in demand, especially with the rise of cleaning and disinfecting service needs due to COVID-19, stated the release.

"The growth we have experienced year after year continues to show us there is a clear need for City Wide Facility Solutions throughout the state," said Jamie Brooks, in the release. "By introducing ourselves to the coastal market, we now have the ability to provide solutions to our clients' problems quicker and manage their facility needs to an even greater degree."
