Hagan To Engage Chamber Of Commerce On Job Growth

U.S. Senator Kay Hagan will talk about job growth and retention at the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting next week.

The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at noon at the Coast Line Conference and Events Center.
The Chamber’s new initiatives developed from the 2010 strategic planning process and the 2011 board of directors will be introduced. Last year’s highlights and accomplishments will be presented as well as the Chamber’s new logo.

The chairman of the board for 2011 will be Jack Barto, president of New Hanover Regional Medical Center. New to the board this year are Chris Costantini, Rickey Godwin, III, Jeff James, Mary Margaret Latham, John Lyon, Rochelle Myers and Dallas Romanowski. New ex-officio members are Jonathan Barfield, Tim Markley and Cynthia Remahl.
