Big Sky Design, an interior design firm, announced Joanna Nethery, one of its interior designers, received LEED Accredited Professional designation in March.


Frank Smith, Principal and Founder of Smith2 Architecture + Design, PLLC recently earned LEED Accredited Professional designation from the Green Building Council Institute.

 

LS3P Associates recently announced that its entire Wilmington Architectural staff is now LEED certified.
That team includes Chris Boney, Charles Boney Jr., Laura Miller, Ronn Shank, Jack Claywell, Andy Aretakis, Taylor Simms, Chris Lucas, Sarah Gregory, Garrett Theisen, Stephanie McArthur, Kim Gordon, Daniela Ayers, Dean Webb, and Renee Wells.

 

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates recently announced its top agents for the month of March.  
In the Landfall Office, top listing agents were Sandra Britt, Art Ricks and Regina Drury, top selling agents were Sandra Britt, Tim Kelly and Mary Price and top producers were Regina Drury, RJ Alex and Sandra Britt.
In the Hampstead Office top listing agents were Sandra Thornton, Flo Gallagher, and Terry Peterson, top selling agents were Sandra Thornton, Flo Gallagher, and Linda Hansen, Top Producers were Timmy Evans, Debra Knowles, and Terry Peterson.
In the Monkey Junction Office, top listing agents were Bob Potts, Van Coley and Polly Floyd, top selling agents were Van Coley, Stephanie Manke, and Glenda Tate, top producers were Stephanie Manke, Chris Fischer, and Polly Floyd.

 

Intracoastal Realty Corp.’s General Brokerage Division recently announced its newest members to join the Multi-Million Dollar Club for the first two months of 2009. Vance Young of the Wrightsville Beach office had $5 million, and Debbie Mitchell of the Lumina II office had $3.4 million in closed sales volume.

 

Wilmington Design Co. recently hired Keith Riggs as marketing manager. In this position, Keith will promote WDC’s graphic design, web development and advertising services to Wilmington and beyond. Keith brings more than 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing and sales.

 

Senn Dunn, an independent insurance agency in Wilmington, recently expanded and moved its office location to 6105 Oleander Drive. The agency also recently hired Jeanette Mullinix from Greensboro. The new office on Oleander more than doubles the company’s office space to accommodate the three new hires in the past 15 months.

 

Old North State Trust recently hired financial planner Susan G. Skipper and Robin Miller as an assistant trust officer. The company has a location on Front Street in downtown Wilmington.
