APR Restoration & Commercial Development

Owning a home is probably one of the biggest investments some of us will have in a lifetime; it is with this in mind that selecting a reputable contractor to take care of your property needs becomes critical, especially when it comes to emergency services and unexpected weather events.

With this in mind and with a full understanding of the emotional impact a Water, Fire or Storm loss can have in someone’s livelihood, APR is set up to provide a service model to respond to our customers in a timely manner. We are committed to providing an open communication dialog, quality workmanship, and an overall excellent customer service experience. “Our goal is to provide ease to an already traumatic experience. We serve as a facilitator to our customers when they need us the most and we take that responsibility seriously.” Wesley Daniel, President of APR Wilmington states.

One of our founding core values is “Do the right thing and the right things will happen.” We have our customers best interest at heart and our teams are committed to not only provide top notch service but to make sure our customers know this.

In 2018, we established our APR Wilmington office and ever since we have worked with many home and commercial owners on restoring their properties after an emergency loss has happened. A quick look at our website and our customer reviews is a testament of how our Wilmington community feels about us. One of those experiences can be heard by the Pastor Joey Canady when he shares in a video how APR assisted them; “The company is a one-stop shop, helping clients with water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, storm damage, roofing and other repairs. That wide array of services, combined with their experience and personal touches, makes them a unique option for potential customers.”

"APR was founded on the basic principle of transforming the restoration industry with an integrated approach from the initial emergency through the end of the restoration process.”, APR Restoration Chief Marketing Officer Bernice Lopes said. "The restoration process is complicated enough, and we want to help our clients by doing the right thing without them having to be bounced around between companies to ultimately save time in the recovery and limit the exposure for the insurance company financially.”

With a brand-new office in New Bern, NC, APR’s goal now is to position themselves as the “trusted local resource” here in Eastern NC. We were recently selected as one of the best water damage companies in Raleigh, and it is our personal commitment to bring that same level of service to the communities we serve in the Eastern side of our state”, Mrs. Lopes concludes.

Daniels states that, “Not only is APR committed to their core business services, they are heavily involved in community service; “We have the best team in the industry, we all believe in service, that's ultimately what we do, we restore and that is not limited to just properties, we restore lives and communities and that is our biggest reward at the end of the day.”
