America’s Home Place is a Custom Home Builder that is new to the area but not new to Custom Home Building. We’ve been in business since 1972. That’s 50 years in the business of making people’s dreams come true by building homes for our customers the way they want, where they want. By that, we mean that we are not a tract, neighborhood builder. We build homes per contract with a customer, where they want to build a home within a 50-55 mile radius of each of our offices. We have offices scattered all over the Southeast and have just opened one of our newest locations in Leland, right outside Wilmington. 

We have many plans to choose from that you can start out with and it is up to each customer to choose what to change or upgrade to the plan. This includes the layout as well as the Flooring, Cabinets and many other selections, including the exterior. This is all up to the customer and we enjoy seeing their dreams come true when it comes to designing their new home.
