You Give Your Car A Tune-Up, Why Not Your Roof?

Sponsored Content provided by Christy West - Co-Owner, Roof Rescue of Wilmington LLC/Roof Maxx

I was born and raised here in Wilmington, and have lived through many storms and hurricanes. I remember Hurricane Fran in 1996. Did you know that Fran was a Category 3, and is the last major hurricane that hit Wilmington? Can you believe this September it will be 23 years ago?

Waiting for another hurricane or storm to come through to see how your roof will do without maintaining it is like driving a car with little or no oil. We wouldn’t take the chance for the engine to lock up due to not servicing it with an oil change. Isn’t that what we are doing by not maintaining the integrity of the roof over our head?

Just like putting oil in the car, we use a soy-based oil application on roofs that brings life and flexibility to its shingles. The recommended roof tune up will repair cracked shingles, caulk around chimneys and flashings, install rubber grommeted screws for vents that are not properly adhered, replace plumbing vent boots, seal exposed nails, and anything else that needs attention.

After the maintenance is addressed, our Roof Maxx spray treatment is applied. It is environmentally friendly, and it will not harm your people, pets, or plants, and it’s easy on your purse! We offer a five year shingle flexibility warranty with each application. With multiple sprays, we are able to extend the life of your roof up to fifteen years at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Our desire to keep the roof on your house along with offering a free video detail with your quote sets us apart from other roofing companies. Our clients will gain a concise understanding about what is going on with their roof. This allows the client to gain a true perspective of their roof based on what is portrayed on the video. Most clients haven’t considered climbing up on the roof to gather such information. These videos are approximately 13-20 minutes in length. Mike does a fabulous job sharing the details of the roof, as well as teaching the many benefits that Roof Maxx has to offer.

We feel this process brings genuine value to our clients. After seeing the video, they will understand exactly what needs to be done for their roof to be properly maintained or replaced, whichever is recommended. Ultimately, we are able to show how it makes sense to save the existing roof, keep thousands of dollars in your bank account, and rescue shingles from the already overwhelmed landfills.

More Life. Less Money. Guaranteed.

We rescue roofs for less!
