We see it all the time, and it happens to everyone. It’s just so easy to get bogged down by details, complexities, what-ifs and mountains of data… and then we lose sight of the forest, focusing only on the trees.
In my early career at ABB, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most experienced six sigma and lean management executives, legit ‘sensais’. At the core of everything they preached and taught was how to keep it simple. Simplicity brings transparency, which is the foundation for continuous improvement. This is the philosophy I have taken to build our business, and the ideals we take to every single client engagement.
