New Hanover Regional Medical Center Physician Group and UnitedHealthcare renewed their
network relationship, officials said.

The agreement gives those enrolled in UnitedHealthcare individual, employer-sponsored and Medicare plans continued in-network access to all primary care physicians and specialists across the group’s 32 locations in southeastern North Carolina.

Garland Scott, CEO of United Healthcare of the Carolinas, said in a news release that NHRMC physicians were important providers of health care services, “and this renewed network relationship lays the foundation for future collaboration on health issues that matter to our plan participants.”
