Fifteen years after its debut, the WilmingtonBiz Conference & Expo has transformed into Spark ILM. Building on the best of BizExpo, Spark ILM offers dynamic workshops curated by the Business Journal, expanded networking opportunities, and hands-on exposure to new technologies and other innovations in the Spark Experience Hall.

8:30am-9:30am: Coffee & Connections Networking Hour

9:30am-11:30am: Morning Workshops
Join two out of four 45-minute breakout sessions with personalized programming that allows you to select the workshops that best align with your goals.

11:30am-1:30pm: Keynote Lunch
UNCW’s Economic Outlook with local and national perspectives

11:30am-4:00pm: Experience Hall

At Spark ILM, you’ll customize your day—pick two workshops to fuel fresh ideas and level up your business.

Each workshop will include two consecutive 45-minute breakout sessions. The first session will run from 9:30 to 10:15 AM, followed by the second session from 10:30 to 11:15 AM.

EXTRA SERVICES / EQUIPMENT:

You need to fill out a form if you would like any of the following:
  • Electricity/Internet: Should be completed by September 26. If you sign up the DAY OF there will be an additional charge. Electric and Utilities Service Order Form
  • To serve food/beverage samples, form must be submitted to Convention Center by September 19 Food and Beverage Sampling Forms
  • Complimentary WIFI will be provided for everyone throughout the Convention Center.
Any sampling of food or beverage of any kind must be approved by the WCC.
Any products being sampled must be manufactured by the vendor. Additionally, no outside Food or Beverage may be sold on property at any time.

FORMS:

SETUP: 

Official Experience Hall hours will be announced soon. You may staff your booth in shifts, but you are responsible for having someone in your booth throughout the duration of the conference. Booths must remain in place until the event ends on Oct.1 at 4pm. We will have staff available to assist exhbitors with load in and load out, as needed.

Move in will be scheduled on September 30 from 12-5pm and a schedule will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the event.
