Erin Collins has been promoted to partner in Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo's Wilmington office.

Collins focuses her law practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance, and represents a variety of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. She has published multiple articles on Medicare compliance, and regularly presents at client seminars and industry conferences on Medicare compliance and workers’ compensation subjects.
