Real Estate People On The Move For March 4, 2011

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently announced the results of the MAX! Awards (Marketing Achievement Excellence). The industry-wide regional search sought the best in media, marketing and advertising tools promoting new home sales in 2010. Award-winners were selected by total sales volume in 2010 and by a panel of professionals who specialize in a wide array of disciplines related to new home construction and sales. The winners are as follows: Salesperson of the Year, Jimmy Hopkins of Intracoastal New Homes & Condominiums; Sales Team of the Year, Keith Beatty Team from Intracoastal Realty Corp.; Sales Manager of the Year, Melisa Gallison of Intracoastal New Homes & Condominiums; Lender of the Year, Brent Eckhardt with Suntrust; Marketer of the Year, Kasey Valente of Intracoastal New Homes & Condominiums; and Marketing Lifetime Achievement was presented to Buddy Blake of Re/Max Essential.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners recently awarded Sarah Harris for Outstanding Performance in Property Management. Harris handles day-to-day activities and coordinates tenant and owner interaction.  She oversees the property management  team which manages over 560,000 square feet from Marion, S.C., to Jacksonville, N.C.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates recently held their annual awards ceremony to honor the hard work and major accomplishments of their Top Agents in 2010.  In the Landfall Office the top listing agent was Art Ricks and the top selling agent and top producer was Regina Drury. In the Hampstead office the top listing agent was Terry Peterson and the top selling agent and top producer was Timmy Evans. In the Monkey Junction office the top listing agent was Dick Schouten and the top selling agent and top producer was Van Coley. The top companywide award winners included company rising star Sandy Borowiec and company shooting star Van Coley. In the relocation division, the agent who sent and closed the most outbound referrals was Sandy Borowiec. The Quality Service award winners were Janet Cronemiller, Terry Peterson, Maureen Mutschler, Bobbi Bell, Kelly Willis, Dave Robertson, Regina Drury, Leslie Goodwin, Polly Floyd, Stephanie Manke and RJ Alex. The two quality service Pinnacle Producers were Regina Drury and RJ Alex and the quality service President’s Producer was Regina Drury. The company-wide top sales agent and top producer was Regina Drury, the companywide top listing agent (volume) was Dave Robertson and the company-wide top listing agent (units) was Art Ricks. Century 21 corporate also recognized its top award winners worldwide and a number of local agents received top honors. Art Ricks, Kelly Willis, Peter Sweyer, Sandy Thornton, Dick Schouten and Sandy Borowiec received the Ruby Award. Bobbi Bell, Jean Costello and Jackie James received the Emerald Award. Van Coley received the Diamond Award. Regina Drury, Terri Parrish, Timmy Evans, Michael Otelsberg and Dave Robertson received the Centurion Award, which is given to only 2 percent of Century 21 agents internationally.
