Eastern Carolinas Commercial Names Broker Of The Year

Nicholas Silivanch
Nicholas Silivanch has been named broker of the year for 2016, by Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate.

Silivanch, partner and vice president of retail, has more than nine years experience in commercial real estate, according to a news release.

He has orchestrated the sale of multi-million dollar projects in years past, including a Food Lion grocer in Hampstead and Masonboro, as well as a $13.8 million Harris Teeter deal at Lumina Commons.

In 2017, he closed a $9.2 million Harris Teeter deal in Greenville and a $1 million Dollar General build in Carolina Beach. Silivanch is also responsible for bringing to Wilmington, Academy Sports at Costco Center, and Lidl, a German grocer on 17th Street. Both stores are set to build this year.

Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate, headquartered in Wilmington, was founded in 2014 by Silivanch and his father, Garry, and mother, Bernadette.
