Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP Names New Wilmington Partner

The Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog law firm has announced that three of its attorneys have been named partners in the firm, with one of them based in the Wilmington office.

Patrick Mincey serves as the chair of the criminal defense practice group at the firm. Mincey joined CSH Law in 2013 and is based in the firm’s Wilmington office. He defends corporations, C-suite professionals and other individuals who are the targets of investigations of crimes such as health care fraud, mail and wire fraud and embezzlement, according to a news release. He received his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and his law degree from Mercer University.

Also named as a partner were Matt Covington, who joined CSH Law in 2009 and works in the firm’s Charlotte office, and Mica Nguyen Worthy, who is also is based in the Charlotte office of CSH Law.
