Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast recently expanded its property management division with three hires.

Heidi Burgess joined the firm as property manager. Alison Hammett was promoted from front desk manager to assistant property manager. And Brenda Cunningham was named accounting manager.

“Our property management division has been very successful and continues to grow,” Grayson Powell, managing partner of CBC SunCoast, said in the release. “We now have a talented and dedicated team in place and we’re confident that Heidi has the leadership and industry experience to take our property management capabilities to the next level.”

As property manager, Burgess is responsible for the firm’s property management portfolio of 34 commercial office buildings, retail centers and warehouse and industrial properties in Wilmington, Jacksonville, Lenoir and Lexington, South Carolina, according to a news release.

She is responsible for property marketing and leasing, repairs and maintenance and tenant relations. Burgess is a 15-year veteran of the commercial brokerage and property management industry, the release stated. She previously owned and operated her own brokerage and property management firm that specialized in brokerage in the Jacksonville market.

Hammett (left) joined CBC SunCoast in March 2013 as front desk manager and was promoted to property management assistant in November 2015, the release stated.

Prior to joining CBC SunCoast, she held administrative and management positions at two salon spas in Wilmington and Charlotte.

From 1999 through 2010, Hammett held a variety of positions at Comfortable Soles Inc., owner of a chain of shoe retail stores, including sales, management, training and bookkeeping.

Cunningham (left) joined the firm in August 2015 as accounting manager for the property management division.

She has more than 23 years of experience in accounting, finance, sales and management, according to the release.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for eight years at Rolls-Royce North America and Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine in a variety of positions, from management accountant to vice president of finance.
