Changes are here or on the way to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage offices in Oak Island, Hampstead and Carolina Beach.
The company is demolishing its offices in Oak Island and Hampstead, with a new 2,650-square-foot building (pictured below) going up in the Brunswick County beach town of Oak Island and a 12,700-square-foot building replacing three structures in the Pender County town of Hampstead. The contractor in Oak Island is Franklin Construction and in Hampstead, TMC Construction.
The Hampstead office currently is located at 14875 U.S. 17 and the Oak Island office is at 6101 E. Oak Island Drive.
Cape Fear Engineering is the architectural and engineering firm for both projects. Sam Guidry is the architect and Matt Haley is the civil engineer.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and one way is through the quality and convenience of our offices,” said Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in an email Thursday. “Hampstead and Oak Island are two of our older offices and we felt it was time to make some significant upgrades in design and technology. These two new offices each have a unique design that reflects the quality and image of the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage brand, and we think they will be well-received by both our clients and our agents.”
The company's Carolina Beach office, 1001 N. Lake Park Blvd., recently welcomed eight new Realtors to its team: Nancy Strickland, Vincent Espinosa, Trish Keener, Jeff Bernstein, Carly Davis, Candace Hulsey, Simone Grace and Nancy Walsh.
Kimberly Sands, broker in charge of the Carolina Beach Office, said in a news release, “Some are new to real estate and some have more than 20 years’ experience, but each brings something special and unique to our team. The real estate market in Carolina and Kure Beaches is strong and we anticipate our office will continue to grow and add new agents to accommodate this demand.”
