Leonard Earns Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties recently announced that Neil Leonard has been named to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Chairman’s Circle-Gold Level for 2025.

The Chairman’s Circle-Gold Level is awarded to the top 2% of the global network’s sales professionals based on closed production.

“Earning the Gold Level of the Chairman’s Circle Award is a remarkable achievement and is a testament to Neil’s dedication to his industry. He is knowledgeable, has a strong work ethic, is a natural leader, and has a focus on making a lasting impact through lifelong relationships. Neil strives to provide the best possible real estate experience for all his clients,” said Jeff Sweyer, owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties, in the release.

Leonard became a licensed North Carolina real estate broker in 2017. He is among the top producers in the company, has been awarded the company's Rising Star Award and is a Heavy Hitter Club Member.
