Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized Andrew Luczak, sales affiliate with Wilmington-based Century 21 Vanguard, as a top-producer nationwide with the Century 21 Masters Diamond Award in 2023.
Diamond-level status is awarded to a sales affiliate who has met the third-level minimum in sales production or closed 59 transaction sides within a calendar year, according to a news release.
“Andrew places his real estate wisdom and passion for life into his everyday business, helping to make clients more comfortable with the real estate transaction as they make what may be the most significant purchase of their lives,” said Wendy Knott, broker in charge for Century 21 Vanguard, in teh release.
Knott said he "is a valued and trusted real estate resource for Wilmington and the surrounding communities. He is a major contributor to the overall success of Century 21 Vanguard and the Century System as a whole. We are so honored to have him as a leader within our office and mentor to his fellow agents.”
