Jason Stiles has been promoted to the position of office services director in the Wilmington office of law firm Cranfill Sumner.
He previously served as office services manager.
“Since Jason joined Cranfill Sumner in 2017, he has proactively made significant improvements to our office services function in all offices, particularly in Wilmington. Jason’s determination and background in training have changed the way we operate, and we are proud to recognize his leadership abilities and service to the firm,” said Barry Pennell, chief operating officer of Cranfill Sumner, in a news release.
In this new role, Stiles will supervise all office services managers and office services assistants across the firm’s three offices and lead training for those positions, the release stated. He’ll also work to establish standard operating procedures for office services.
"This role is designed to enhance attorney and staff effectiveness by maintaining office systems and providing excellent customer service and representing the attorney and firm to clients, legal professionals and other individuals," according to the release.
Prior to joining Cranfill Sumner, he served a four-year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps. and received a bachelor’s degree from The Master’s University.
