Baker Joins Catapult As New Business Development Advisor

Human resources consulting firm Catapult has welcomed a new business development advisor, Paul Baker, to its engagement team, according to a news release.

“We are very excited to have Paul in Wilmington, one of Catapult’s key markets,” said Shay Prosser, the chief marketing and engagement officer for Catapult, in the release. “His experience in business development and customer relations will be extremely beneficial to our clients.”

Baker has over 20 years of experience in business development and was most recently an acquisition sales manager at Atlantis Homebuyers in the Wilmington area. In the past, he has worked at companies such as Family Care Plus as an account executive and Micro Matic as a business development territory manager.

Baker received his associate’s degree in business administration and management from Naugatuck Valley Community College and his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Western Connecticut State University.
