Apiture Awards Add Up

By Staff Reports, posted Jan 3, 2023
Apiture, a Wilmington-based provider of digital banking solutions, has been recognized by Javelin Strategy & Research as an Overall Leader in its 2022 Small Business Digital Banking Vendor Scorecard, a release stated.

Apiture's Business Banking solution, part of the Apiture Digital Banking Platform, earned a Category Leader designation in all three report categories, Functionality and UX, Admin and Portfolio Management, and Strategic Vision and Delivery, according to the release.

"Javelin evaluated six leading business banking solutions, assessing them on 380 features and functions deemed most important to the digital banking journeys of small businesses. The scorecard recognizes the top three overall winners and honors three leaders in each category," the release stated.

Apiture secured the No. 2 spot among the vendors considered.

Chris Babcock, CEO of Apiture, stated in the release, "This recognition reinforces the work our team has done to enable banks and credit unions to effectively serve small businesses in a market dominated by much larger financial institutions."

Apiture also recently announced that the company won two 2022 xCelent Awards in Celent's Retail Digital Banking Platforms and Small Business Digital Banking Platforms reports.

The Apiture Consumer Banking solution was named a Breadth of Functionality winner among retail digital banking platforms "for its strong functional capability, above average user analytics and clear client-driven development approach," according to the release.

The Apiture Business Banking solution was also a Breadth of Functionality winner, achieving the highest score in six out of seven dimensions evaluated. In addition, Apiture's Consumer Banking and Business Banking solutions, part of the Apiture Digital Banking Platform, each received Celent's Functionality Standout designation, according to the release.

Celent's analysis compared 25 retail and business digital banking providers servicing community financial institutions, ranging from small and region-specific to large international vendors.

"The Apiture Digital Banking Platform strikes a careful balance between off-the-shelf functionality and the flexibility to quickly stand-up client requested modifications," said Bob Meara, senior analyst with Celent's banking practice, in the release. "Apiture also stands out in terms of client satisfaction as indicated by customer feedback."
