Lisa Horton recently joined the Clancy & Theys Construction Co. team as supplier diversity specialist, according to an announcement.

Horton brings more than 16 years of experience in the public sector, most recently serving as business development specialist with the N.C. Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights' Business Opportunity & Workforce Development program.

Horton will lead Clancy & Theys' supplier diversity efforts to enhance MWDBE participation across all projects companywide, the announcement stated.
