Century 21 Sweyer & Associates announced recently that Lindsey Jenkins, Realtor with the Holden Beach office, recently earned the Century 21 System’s Grand Centurion Producer Award following her successful 2021 sales totals.

The Grand Centurion award is the most prestigious award presented to Century 21 real estate professionals, according to a news release. The award is given to agents based on sales production within a calendar year. Only a small number of producers in the Century 21 System ever reach this goal, especially this early in the year, the release stated.

“Receiving the Grand Centurion Producer award is a tremendous accomplishment for Lindsey and is a testament to her unwavering commitment to professional excellence and customer satisfaction. Lindsey has been in the business for four years and has been a Centurion Award winner, Double Centurion Award winner and now a Grand Centurion Award Winner,” said Jeff Sweyer, owner of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, a Wilmington-based residential real estate firm.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates also announced that Neil Leonard (pictured at right), Realtor with the Wilmington office, recently earned the Century 21 System’s Centurion Producer Award for closed sales.

“This is Neil’s first Centurion award, after only three years in the business. Achieving Centurion Producer status is a major milestone which requires hard work and dedication,” Sweyer said in the release.
