Two Join Firm's Property Management Team

Wilmington-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners hired Patti Jones and Owen Aylesworth to join its property management team. 

Jones joined the firm as the property management director. Prior to joining Sun Coast Partners, Jones worked for more than 20 years in the real estate industry, including in property management and residential real estate.

Her portfolios have consisted of more than 685,000 square feet of commercial, office, retail and mixed-use developments. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Jones is a graduate of Monroeville School of Business and currently holds a North Carolina broker’s license. 
    
Aylesworth joined Sun Coast Partners as a property manager after he worked for over a decade for the development company that built Brunswick Forest, a master-planned community with commercial and residential property in Leland.

A graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Aylesworth holds a North Carolina general contractors license for public utilities, highway and building as well as a state broker’s license.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was founded in Wilmington in 2004. The firm is comprised of 25 commercial agents and 12 staff members who specialize in real estate sales, leasing, investment, and property management for retail and commercial property owners from Onslow County to the South Carolina border.
