Intracoastal Realty Announces Hirings

By Staff Reports, posted Oct 5, 2021
Wilmington-based Intracoastal Realty Corp. recently announced the addition of employees.

Amy Jo Bright, Jane Kinlaw and Grayson Palmer (pictured below, clockwise from the top left) have joined the residential real estate firm's Lumina Station office.

Bright earned a bachelor's degree in human services counseling from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.  Prior to joining Intracoastal Realty, Bright founded and operated a fitness studio for seven years.

Kinlaw has lived in Wilmington for 42 years and graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in history/government.

She became a licensed North Carolina real estate agent in 2001. In 2002, she established and operated a property management company until she sold it in 2021.

Kinlaw operated offices in both Wilmington and Raleigh managing large numbers of residential and commercial rental properties.

Growing up in Wilmington since the age of 7, Palmer left the area for a few years to attend Appalachian State University, obtaining degrees in marketing and business management with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Palmer made the move back to Wilmington to start a career in insurance, selling home, auto and commercial insurance to clients throughout North Carolina.

B.J. Knox (pictured above, bottom left), a North Carolina native, joined the Topsail office. For the past 30 years, Knox has worked in numerous areas of the real estate industry.

Knox is a resident of Topsail Island and purchased a home there 16 years ago while researching vacation homes for clients.
