Promina Health has welcomed Kristin Kirkland to the practice, according to a news release.
Kirkland, a family physician, will provide family medicine care for all ages, including in pediatrics, GYN and women’s care, chronic disease management and dermatology, officials said in the release.
Promina Health is an independently owned family medicine practice in Wilmington.
Kirkland attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine after receiving a master's degree in public health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She recently completed the family medicine residency program at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, stated the release.
“We have experienced tremendous growth over the last year and are thrilled to add Dr. Kirkland’s talents and devotion to listening and getting to know her patients,” Brian Lanier, a physician and president and founder of Promina Health, said in the release.
