Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has hired Shannon Lee, who joins the company’s Autumn Hall office, according to a news release.

Lee started her real estate career more than 14 years ago, officials said, adding that she is rejoining the agency.

“Shannon’s warm and engaging personality has allowed her to build a phenomenal reputation in both our office and our company, as well as with her many clients in Wilmington and the surrounding areas,” said Polly
Purnell-Norris, managing broker, in the release. “We are all thrilled to have her back here.”

Lee graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
