Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed Chris Ladner to its team, according to a news release.

Ladner, a Navy veteran and Wilmington native, joins the firm as an assistant comptroller, officials said.

“Chris has a proven ability to develop effective financial plans and streamline operations,” said Denise Kinney, the firm’s senior vice president and general manager, in the release. “We are thrilled to have him here.”

He earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He also served five years in the Navy after graduating from Hoggard High School.

“Having highly-qualified individuals such as Chris join our management team ensures that we continually raise the bar on the systems and resources that we provide to our agents, and this in turn maximizes the ways that they are able to best serve their clients,” Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, said in the release.
