Cape Fear Cancer Specialists Welcomes 3 Oncologists

Three oncologists have joined NHRMC Physician Group - Cape Fear Cancer Specialists, according to a news release.

Physicians Swaleh Bahamadi, Anthony Dominick and Christopher Pizzola have joined the practice, which treats a wide range of cancers and specializes in others, including brain, breast and lung cancers. 

Bahamadi earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nairobi College of Health Sciences. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine degree and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Wake Forest School of Medicine, stated the release.

Dominick (right) earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He has a "special interest in benign and malignant hematology," stated the release.

Pizzola (left) earned his Doctor of Medicine and master's degree in public health from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
