Wagaman has 10 years of experience in nursing leadership in an operating room, officials said. He has certifications as a certified nurse-operating room and as an RN first assistant.
Wagaman recently relocated from Coatesville, Pennsylvania to Southport. He began his health care career as a respiratory therapist.
He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy. He continued his education at Johns Hopkins University for his bachelor's degree in nursing and obtained his master's degree in nursing at Regis University.
