Kara Gansmann Named Chair Of Practice Group

Kara Gansmann
Kara Gansmann has been named the chair of the CSH Law Elder Law and Estate Planning Practice Group, according to a news release.

Gansmann is an elder law and estate planning attorney with Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH Law), stated the release. She is a partner at CSH Law, based at the firm’s Wilmington office.

“She is an excellent and accomplished attorney who will lead our Elder Law and Estate Planning Practice as it continues to grow and will provide counsel and guidance to its clients,” said John D. Martin, managing partner of the Wilmington office of CSH Law.
 
Gansmann counsels individuals and families on estate planning, asset protection and long-term care planning, stated the release. In addition, she drafts wills, powers of attorney and trusts.
 
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the University of North Dakota School of Law.
