Joel Sheesley has chosen to partner with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, according to a news release.

Sheesley, a Wilmington-area real estate broker, has experience in a wide variety of real estate sales, including starter homes, investment properties, coastal estates, luxury condominiums, bank-owned properties and vacation rentals.

He has vast expertise in the northeast Wilmington market, stated the release.
