CopyPro Earns Pro-Tech Service Award

By Christina Haley O'Neal, posted Jun 25, 2019
CopyPro was recently recognized by the Konica Minolta Pro-Tech Service Award for the company’s service for 24 consecutive years, according to a news release.

CopyPro delivers professional service for Konica Minolta’s lines of digital imaging products including copiers, printers and software solutions, according to the release.

Officials said to be considered for the award, CopyPro was evaluated across several key areas including management skills and customer satisfaction ratings, to ensure the company was “delivering the best consumer and product support for their Konica Minolta devices.”

“The reason this award is such a powerful symbol of competence and proficiency is due to the rigid standards set forth by Konica Minolta. To once again be chosen as a member of this select group is indeed an honor,” said Jason Jones, CopyPro COO, in the release.
